Brazil’s Competition Authority Approves L’Oreal’s Acquisition of Aesop

The acquisition of Aesop is part of L’Oreal’s strategy to expand its portfolio of luxury brands. The French company already owns Lancome, Kiehl’s and Yves Saint Laurent.
